9.45 am Extend exercise class 1 hour Tutor: Tracey Thompson. Extend classes are planned for the over 50's who want to keep and maintain a fitness level that is right for them - all achieved with great fun. The class involves what appears to be gentle exercise and at least 20 minutes of this is undertaken sitting down. The first session is free so you can experience the class and decide if it is for you. If you decide to continue it is £3.00 per session when you come. This includes well earned coffee and biscuits.
